Is it possible to place an order by telephone?

Currently all orders must be placed through our online store. This helps us ensure accuracy, tracking, and best pricing. If you need help placing an order online, contact customer support.

We process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times vary by location:

  • International shipping times vary (typically a few business days)

Where are your products manufactured?

Our jewelry is designed and assembled with care; many pieces are crafted with Murano glass, a tradition rooted in Venetian artisan techniques that have been practiced for centuries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location:

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply within Italy
  • International delivery rates apply and vary by country

Can I customize a piece or request personalization?

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow delivery progress.

Shipping

National teams
Delivery is free throughout Italy.
Domestic shipments are handled by DHL.

International
International shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as follows:

  • €15.00 in Europe;
  • €35.00 for countries outside the EU;

 
Delivery times:

  • 1-2 working days in EU;
  • 2-3 working days for countries outside the EU;

With the exception of Italy, all shipments are made by air and handled by PosteItaliane.

Currency, Prices and Duties
The prices displayed, payments and invoices for our products are in Euro, USD and GBP.
Your bank or credit card issuer will apply their own exchange rates.

For the following countries, the price shown on the website already includes all customs duties and import taxes. Customers in these destinations will not have to pay any additional taxes on delivery:
Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Japan, Kuwait, India, Lithuania, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

For all other countries, any customs duties and import taxes will be calculated and requested upon delivery by the courier.

Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund due.

There are no restrictions on the items we ship.

In the rare event that you receive one or more damaged products or if your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the package has been delivered to the address provided, we will no longer be held responsible for any damage.

Returns

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase process.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to info@fbcreativestudio.com containing:

  • Name and Surname;
  • Order number;
  • The type of compensation desired, to choose between:
– Product replacement;
– Refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the above details, unless the Customer submits a new, corrected request. Upon receipt of the request, an email containing the return number will be sent to the Customer.

All delivery costs for returning products are the responsibility of the Customer.
Products must be returned within the deadline applicable to the right of withdrawal to the following address:

All risks associated with the return shipment are borne by the Customer. 
To be exchanged or refunded, returned products must be complete with the label, tag, dust bag, and box as sold. 

Exchange items are subject to availability. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. 

Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used for the purchase.

Any differences between the amount paid and the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

Our products are made using delicate leathers and materials, so their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, which should not be considered defects.

Manufactoring Defect
Any manufacturing defect will be considered only on a one-time basis with valid proof of purchase.
If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will take an average of 5 to 7 days to repair the product and ship it back to the customer.

We kindly ask our customers to strictly follow our return/exchange policy.
